We are excited to announce the release of V 10. In this release, we have made enhancements to the following features:
Creating new documents now has defined workflows. You can create an SEO content brief, AI writing, or optimization document.
Those of you using “SEO brief or AI writing workflow” from before can now choose one of the dedicated options. Once inside the document, the document type can be changed by clicking on the workflow settings icon.
We added a reference panel on the right to see the top 5 pages, related keywords you need to target, and a quick way to check optimizations suggestions.
One of the biggest enhancements on this screen is “Audience insights.” The audience insight will suggest the ideal persona for your content and the tone and reading pattern that will suit your audience. This can generate premium drafts with better tone and persona alignment.
This page has improved by leaps and bounds. Not only the speed at which this page loads and the way you will use this utility have improved by ten folds, but the quality of data has improved even further.
We removed the Keywords dropdown and added an expand/collapse left bar to map keywords to outlines quickly and then add the outlines to the builder. This will give you constant visibility into the entities and how to address gaps in your outlines.

New way:
We now improved the outlines with human-verified data for improved accuracy of outline generation. The outline generation was already awesome, which now is double awesome and fast.
We also added two small utilities, “add H3” and “Generate Similar.”
Lastly, we added a quick option to check your Outline score (which used to happen way down the list before) while you create your outlines. This will reduce the back-and-forth you have to do when optimizing generated content.
As a part of a broader UX overhaul and for a wider screen experience, we removed the rightmost panel and moved some of the important controls to the top bar. The header now adapts to workflow options showing you things that are relevant to your workflow.
The top header also now has quick access to save and the last saved time stamp. You can click on the timestamp to access the versions of your documents.
The first draft in this release sees one of the biggest enhancements. We have merged the keypoint generation engine with the writing capabilities to write drafts much faster and more accurately researched than before.
We also trained our models to write this research in the form of the autoselected copywriting formula for each section it builds out.
The writing plan is auto-generated and does not need tweaking to get a good draft. The only situation you would change this is when you want to do more directive writing and suggest twists and turns you want the draft to write in.
While the premium draft is available to everyone with LTD or subscription to Outranking, the premium drafts going further for NEW accounts will only be available on the pro and company plans.
The premium draft can now take the audience insights (shown in the second enhancement of the release) to write the premium draft in the tone specified and with the understanding of the persona, you are writing for.
Once the first draft is generated, you have to jump to optimization to find the gaps in the content and optimize it. Instead, we brought the keyword optimization as part of your workflow once the draft is generated. You can quickly click on the keyword to see where you have mentioned it. You can also find the gaps quickly and address them in the edit/create sections part or manually.
This was one of the most sorted screens once the draft has generated. Many of you need to regenerate a particular section or add a new one to your draft. We simplified the screen to allow you to see the research data and have a quick way of generating the first draft for that section.
We added internal links as part of the workflow and extended its capabilities to suggest possible internal links within a silo.
We added an image and alt tag as part of the workflow and extended its capabilities to suggest possible prompts for image ideas.
We also added a dedicated step for publishing with the ability to download markdown versions, image zip, and other formats.
This workflow has many smaller improvements and bug fixes in this release. Content brief workflow is more geared towards handing off the brief to a writer who can score the content themself.
We also added the tone of writing to the brief, which is auto-generated based on audience insight.
Link to view the brief looks something like this:
We have given Strategists three main updates.
Ability to accurately tell how many clusters credits each silo will consume before its build-out. While this will get less data for each cluster within a silo, you can enhance the data once you have selected which silos you want to target.
For easier management of teams, we removed the feature to allocate credits to a team member. All team members now automatically share the credit pool of admin users. This makes the team onboarding process much easier.
