Outranking provides the Settings option to configure and update your account as per personal preferences. You can view and manage your- profile, credits status, credits consumption, available plans, existing subscription, API settings, and much more.
Read this guide to understand how to configure the settings of your Outranking account.
Step 1: Log in to your Outranking account and click on your profile button from the top-right corner of the console.
Step 2: Select the Settings option from the dropdown menu.
Here you can manage the following context:

Let’s get started.
Select the Credits option from the left-side menu bar to view the total credits awarded under your existing subscription plan and Rollover/balance credits.
You can view the awarded and unused credits for creating documents, using keywords, using AI characters, and users to your account.
The Rollover section will show the unused Ai characters, documents, and keywords for the monthly plan users only and does not apply to lifetime deal users.
The consumption tab is a consolidated report which gives you information on the document, Ai character, and keyword usage for each and every team member.
Select user, usage type, start date, and end date and click on apply to generate the report.
Select the Profile option from the left-side menu bar to change your profile details such as name, email address, and password.
Change First Name & Last Name
To update the profile name, directly enter the first name and last name in the respective fields.
Click on the Change button appearing next to the Email Address field to update your Email address.
Enter your new email and password in the respective fields and click on the Save button to update the email address.
Set Default preferences for your domain, location, language, and sitemap URL
Click on the Change Password button to update your account password.
To change your password, you will need to enter your existing password, new password, and your new password again for confirmation. Once done, click on the Save button to update your password.
Click on the Save button to update the profile changes.
Select the Plans option from the left-side menu bar to choose a plan based on your requirements.
You can toggle between monthly or yearly plan.
You will have an option to select any of the following plans:
Base Plan: $29/month subscription for one user, you can optimize 10 SEO documents, 150000 characters, and 100 keywords, the same Base plan also comes with a yearly package of $299/ yearly.
Select the Subscription option to view the details of your active subscription plan.
Click on the Update Plan button to view and add a new subscription.
Click on the Add Payment Method button to register your payment card information.
Enter your card information such as card name, card number, expiry date, and CVC.
Once done, then click on the Update Card button to save your payment card information.
Click on the Add-ons button to add an extra character’s subscription to your existing plan.
All the add-on plans are pay as you go, one time credits plan with no time limit on consumption, the add-on plan only works with the base plan, it is not possible to buy the add-on plan without a base plan.
Once you have selected your add-on plan, enter your card information for the transaction and click on the confirm button.
Select the API Settings option to fetch the API key for connecting your outranking account with any Google plugin or WordPress plugin.
Click on the Generate button to create a new API key and hit the Save button.
Select the Team option to invite users to collaborate with other users for creating or optimizing a document.
Click on the Invite button to send the invitation.
Enter first name, last name, email address, and click on the Save button.
As a result of this action, the users will receive an invite link to their email inbox.
Click on the Settings button for assigning the document and character limits to a user.
Select the subscription plan and enter the number of documents or character limit you want to allow to the user. Click on the Save button once done.
Click on the Delete button to remove a member from your team.
Click on the Yes button to confirm that you want to delete the user.
