Create SEO Content Brief using AI

Step 3: The goal of this step is to create the most optimized, relevant, and catchy title. Click “Create an outline” when done.

  6. For advanced users: The gear icon will bring the “Researched writing” option which will add an extra step in the workflow for researched writing.

Step 4: Create your outline. Spend the most time on this step to get the best output. It is THAT important. Hide the Workflow left side panel and open up the Keywords panel to the right from it.

  1. On the right is your unique AI-generated outline that is created based on what’s ranking for that target keyword. Verify all H2’s and H3’s make sense. Remove anything that doesn’t make sense. Add more.
    • A. Click Add H3 button to add another H3 manually
    • B. Click H3 Ideas button to have Outranking generate more H3’s based on that H2.
    • C. Click the Similar button to have Outranking generate more H3’s that are similar to the H3’s you already have there.
  2. In the center is the list of the most relevant pages that rank for your chosen keyword. Scroll down to see if you can find anything that is worth including into your online on the right.
  3. The keywords tab shows the most important keywords to include in your outline. Those with a check mark are already included in your outline. One-click on a keyword to see where it’s used in the outlines from the ranking pages. Include those keywords that make sense. Toggle between keywords taken from the Outline vs All (entire post). Sort by Related keywords vs NLP terms.
  4. Once done with the outline, click the “Optimization score” icon to see if the title is fully optimized for SEO.

Click “Detailed SEO brief”.

Create your outline. Spend the most time on this step to get the best output. It is THAT important. Hide the Workflow left side panel and open up the Keywords panel to the right from it.

Step 5: Create a new brief template if you work with multiple clients. Or select one if you’ve previously created it. Click Next.

Step 6: This is the content brief that you can add final touches to. Control which sections to include in the final brief by clicking “Disable” next to each section.

Click “Paste to the editor”. Wait a few seconds for it to finish pasting.
